Ron Ostezan

Biography


Ron Ostezan, Senior Associate, joined RAMSA in 2018. He currently works as a designer and manager on large-scale institutional projects at the firm.

Ron is currently a project manager on the McIntire School of Commerce project at UVA and is assisting in the design of the West Campus Center at the University of Georgia. He has contributed to many additional projects in the office, including the award-winning Yale Schwarzman Center and a 2,300-bed Student Housing project at the University of Michigan.

Ron received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from the University of Michigan and his Master of Architecture degree from Yale University, where he was a David M. Schwarz Architects Traveling Fellow.

A RAMSA Prize recipient, Ron places an emphasis on research, precedents, and the importance of travel to experience places and buildings. He has presented his findings in many venues, including the Annual Conference of the Society of Architectural Historians. Ron has also served as co-editor of the book “The Diamonds of American Cities.”
