One Water Street Recognized by New Jersey Alliance For Action
Today One Water Street, the new headquarters for American Water in Camden, New Jersey, was recognized as one of New Jersey's leading infrastructure projects by the New Jersey Alliance For Action.

One Water Street represents the inaugural commercial development in Liberty Property Trust's vision for the Camden Waterfront, a $1 billion, 20-acre mixed-use development planned by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. The RAMSA-designed five-story, 220,000 square foot building will provide a long and low backdrop to a new riverfront park; the metal-and-glass facades will recall the site's industrial past. A four-story-high transparent atrium will frame views from Cooper Street through to the park and the Philadelphia skyline across the Delaware River. The building, which is targeting LEED Platinum certification, will be home to nearly 700 American Water employees. RAMSA Partners Robert A.M. Stern and Meghan L. McDermott led the design effort.

The New Jersey Leading Infrastructure Projects awards program recognizes the people and organizations throughout New Jersey that work together as partners to ensure the safety and efficiency of the state's infrastructure. Their successes are key to our future economy and quality of life. The special event will shine a spotlight on several billion dollars' worth of infrastructure projects and their impact on New Jersey. For more information about the program, please click here.
