Residence
The southerly tip of a narrow peninsula provides a secluded spot for the house with panoramic views of both Ganges and Long Harbours and the neighboring islands, animated by the comings and goings of ferries and float planes. A boathouse on Long Harbour, a teahouse to the west adjacent to the entrance drive overlooking Ganges Harbour, and a spa pavilion situated at the south end of the Point join the U shaped main house that wraps around an entrance courtyard sheltered from the strong, often cold, prevailing southerly winds.
RAMSA Partners Robert A.M. Stern and Grant Marani led the design.
