Alexander Lamis to Speak at LLAMA Workshop in Ohio

On October 19, Robert A.M. Stern Architects Partner Alexander Lamis will speak in Dublin, Ohio, as part of a two-day workshop hosted by the Library Leadership and Management Association's Buildings and Equipment Community of Practice, a division of the American Library Association. The workshop will explore the types of planning required to bring a library building project—whether in new construction, renovation, or expansion— to successful fruition, including goal setting, process definition, site selection, team composition, and budget development. Mr. Lamis's lecture will focus on adapting libraries to a community's context and integrating environmental sustainability. An optional bus tour on October 20 will explore new public and academic libraries in Dublin. For further details about the workshop, click here.
