Paul L. Whalen will participate in the panel discussion "Trans-National Urbanism: The Practice," at the 24th Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU) in Detroit, moderated by John Francis Torti, along with panelists Doug S. Kelbaugh and Stefanos Polyzoides.
These CNU members working domestically and internationally will discuss how to synthesize the Charter to make it appropriate to different countries and cultures.
