Rosalind Tsang to Moderate AIANY Women in Architecture Committee Panel

On October 30 at the Center for Architecture in New York, Robert A.M. Stern Senior Associate Rosalind Tsang will moderate a panel of women design leaders, highlighting their experiences working on international projects. The conversation, hosted by the AIANY Women in Architecture Committee, will showcase international projects by Carla Swickerath, Partner, Studio Libeskind; Leah Nanpei, Project Director, SHoP Architects; and Vivian Lee, AIA, Principal, RMP. The discussion will address the challenges they faced while working on those projects, their design inspiration and process, and how their design decisions impacted the delivery of creative solutions and positive results. Rosalind Tsang has been with Robert A.M. Stern Architects since 2002 and has served as Project Manager for many of the firm's residential commissions including 1331, a 486,000 square-foot residential building in Washington, DC that received approval from the U.S. Commission of Fine Arts; The Belnord, a conversion of the historic 14-story, full-block landmarked apartment house into luxury condominiums on Manhattan's Upper West Side; and The Morgan at 31 Conduit Road, Hong Kong. She is currently serving as Project Manager for 100 Claremont, a mixed-use tower in Manhattan’s Morningside Heights. Ms. Tsang is an active participant in the RAMSA Mentorship Program and the RAMSA Women's Leadership Initiative, which develops and promotes women's growth in the architecture profession. She is the recipient of the Women in Architecture AIANY Committee's Annual Recognition Award and currently sits on the Committee's Advisory Board.

The AIANY Women in Architecture Committee develops and promotes women leaders within the architecture profession, with a focus on mentorship, licensure, and networking opportunities in architecture and the allied design and building industries.
