30 Park Place, Four Seasons Private Residences New York Downtown Tops Out

30 Park Place, Four Seasons Private Residences New York Downtown Tops Out
With the raising of the final bucket of concrete, today Silverstein Properties celebrated the topping out of 30 Park Place, Four Seasons Private Residences New York Downtown.

Located at the corner of Church Street and Park Place in Tribeca, the 926-foot tower is now the tallest residential building on New York’s Downtown skyline. Sharing a city block with the Woolworth Building, Cass Gilbert's iconic 1913 skyscraper, 30 Park Place combines a 189-key five-star Four Seasons hotel with 157 top-end condominium apartments in a slender 82-story tower.

"This historic milestone comes just as Downtown is completing its incredible transformation into the world’s most vibrant, integrated, mixed-use destination on a scale not seen in New York City since Rockefeller Center opened in 1939," said Larry Silverstein, Chairman of Silverstein Properties Inc. "Next year, when it opens, this will be the top hotel and condominium building in Tribeca."

"Designing 30 Park Place has been a tremendous pleasure and I want to thank Larry Silverstein and his colleagues for entrusting my firm with this extraordinary responsibility," said Robert A.M. Stern. "I had one goal for this building: to make the greatest new residential building in Downtown, a celebration of the great skyline of this City as it was when I was growing up and as it is now renewed, refreshed, and reinvented through Larry's great work."

30 Park Place is over 50 percent sold. Remaining residences include a collection of half-floor, full-floor, and duplex penthouse residences with varied outdoor spaces; prices range from $3.1 million to over $60 million for the combined duplex penthouse. The 30 Park Place, Four Seasons Private Residences New York Downtown Sales Gallery, located at 7 World Trade Center, is currently accepting appointments. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is the exclusive marketing and sales agent.

RAMSA Partners Robert A.M. Stern, Daniel Lobitz, Paul Whalen, and Sargent Gardiner led the design of the project. SLCE Architects is Architect-of-Record. Construction is being overseen by general contractor Tishman Construction.
