Luxe Interiors + Design announced today that Robert A.M. Stern Architects' House on Gin Lane has been honored with a 2018 Luxe Red Award.

With an asymmetrical gabled roof line, columned porches, and Georgian details including Palladian windows set into gable faces, the House on Gin Lane, located near the Atlantic Ocean in the Village of Southampton, New York, takes cues from nearby Shingle style buildings, most notably the Shinnecock Hills Golf Club by McKim, Mead & White. A triple-arched porch at the west facade of the house offers views over Lake Agawam and draws inspiration from Wyndecote, the nearby 1887 house of noted architect Robert Henderson Robertson.

The Luxe Red Awards honor excellence, innovation and the best residential architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture projects across the country.
