Biography


Marek Turzynski, Senior Associate, has been with Robert A.M. Stern Architects since 2004. He has contributed to the design and management of the renovation of the LEED-EB Gold 100 Montgomery Street office building in San Francisco; the renovation of the Castelo Building in Rio de Janeiro; One Horizon Center, a LEED Platinum, 25-story office tower in Gurgaon, India; the LEED Gold Bavaro Hall for the Curry School of Education at the University of Virginia; the LEED Silver Stayer Center for Executive Education for the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana; the LEED Gold Farrell Hall for the Wake Forest Schools of Business in Winston-Salem, North Carolina; Downtown Campus for the University of Connecticut in Hartford, Connecticut; and the Campus Transformation Project for the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Turzynski worked at Kostas Kondylis and Partners on the renovation of the Plaza Hotel and Trump World Tower, both in New York City.

Mr. Turzynski holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Architecture degree from Gdansk University of Technology in Gdansk, Poland. He is a registered architect in the State of New York and a LEED Accredited Professional.
