Villanova Heights is a speculative development comprising fifteen houses in the historic Riverdale. Set on the highest elevation in the Bronx, these houses offer views north to Van Cortlandt Park and south to the Manhattan skyline. Each 10,000-square-foot house provides accommodations at the high end of residential construction while addressing the realities of production building. The houses exhibit scholarly stylistic expressions which draw on the traditional architectural vocabularies of Riverdale and nearby Fieldston: Shingle-style, Dutch Colonial, Colonial Revival, and French Norman.
