Apartment at One Central Park

A Philadelphia couple's desire for a cozy, modern New York City pied-à-terre offered a unique opportunity to reconfigure an apartment in the north tower of One Central Park. Interior walls curve to embrace panoramic views of Central Park, the Hudson River, and the surrounding Manhattan skyline. A pearwood wall in the living room serves as a counterpoint to intricately detailed Asian-inspired folding panels painted by artist Robert Kushner. Muted color schemes complement the earthy colors of the pearwood and South American walnut floors.
