Calle Blas Cerdeña, RAMSA’s fifth building in Lima, is a nine-story, 98,380-square-foot red brick and cream limestone residential building designed in the Georgian style. Located on a 1,720-square-foot site in Lima’s San Isidro district, the building has two street facades featuring a series of punched windows and curved bay windows, while a third elevation overlooks a private park and features large open covered terraces off living rooms for seamless outdoor/indoor living. The building contains two apartments per floor from the lobby to the sixth floor; set-back terraces at upper floors rise to a seventh-floor penthouse with a rooftop terrace featuring large, open loggias. The lobby features vaulted ceilings, marble flooring and pillars, and wood-paneled walls. Large glass doors open to the street at one end of the reception area, and a landscaped courtyard at the other, allowing in substantial natural light. The circular courtyard reflects the Spanish Colonial aesthetic of Lima, with its white limestone loggias and intricate patio design and metal detailing.
