RAMSA to Host Open House New York's Open Council

On May 21st, Robert A.M. Stern Architects will host Open House New York's (OHNY) Open Council, providing members a tour of the office led by RAMSA Partners Grant F. Marani and Jennifer L. Stone and a presentation of two of the firm's projects: Senior Associates Andrew R. McIntyre and Dennis Sagiev will present Edwin's Place, an affordable and supportive housing building in Brooklyn developed by Breaking Ground, New York's largest supportive housing provider; and Excellence Charter School of Bedford-Stuyvesant in Brooklyn, a Robin Hood Foundation-funded charter school housed in the Robert A.M. Stern Architects restored and expanded James W. Naughton's 1880 gauged red brick and brownstone Public School 70.

Open House New York is a cultural nonprofit organization hosting educational programs and direct experiences with architects, designers, planners and scholars to promote awareness and appreciation of New York's extraordinary architecture, design and cultural heritage to the public. OHNY's Open Council provides a platform specifically for design and civic leaders to explore critical issues shaping New York while granting them insider-access to curated events, design tours, and studio visits.
