Today Robert A.M. Stern and Larry Silverstein will participate in a panel discussion, moderated by Zack Kussin, real estate and travel reporter for the New York Post. The event will be held at 30 Park Place, and is part of the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group's annual CS/Talks, a week-long speaker and events series unique to the world of real estate, with the aim of giving real estate professionals direct access to the city's top developments and industry leaders.
30 Park Place is a slender 82-story tower accommodating the 189-key five-star Four Seasons Hotel New York, Downtown, and 157 top-end condominium apartments, sharing a city block with Cass Gilbert's Woolworth Building. RAMSA Partners Robert A.M. Stern, Paul L. Whalen, Daniel Lobitz and Sargent C. Gardiner led the design effort.
