Ann O'Connell, Associate Partner, joined Robert A.M. Stern Architects in 2018. She currently serves as project manager for several multifamily residential developments in New York City.
Ms. O'Connell's responsibilities have encompassed all phases of design and construction, including project planning, consultant coordination, design development, and client management. She is recognized for her leadership of complex projects and her ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams through all stages of project delivery.
Since joining the firm, Ms. O'Connell has contributed to the design and management of a broad range of residential, mixed-use, and hospitality projects in the United States and internationally. Her work includes The Henry, a residential building on Manhattan's Upper West Side; The Bellemont, a residential building on Manhattan's Upper East Side; and Claremont Hall, a residential building in Morningside Heights. Internationally, she has worked on projects throughout Asia, including an 8.88 million square foot mixed-use development in Jinjiang, China.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. O'Connell worked with Michael Graves Architecture & Design, where her experience included planning, residential, hospitality, workplace, and interior design projects. Ms. O'Connell received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University and is a registered architect in the State of New York.
