Nicholas Azevedo, Senior Associate, has been with Robert A.M. Stern Architects since 2010. He has contributed to the design of five residential buildings in Lima, Peru: Pezet 375 and Pezet 561, two residential buildings that feature sweeping views over the Lima Golf Club; 310 Calle Carlos Graña, which takes advantage of views over the Gosta Lettersten Hotlzen Park, and two towers currently in design. He also served as a designer for a mixed-use development that includes a hotel, mid-rise apartments, and single-family villas in Hong Kong; two residential projects in New York City: 220 Central Park South, a top-end residential project comprising an 18-story villa facing Central Park and a 950-foot tower rising behind it, and a condominium conversion at The Belnord, a historic apartment building on the Upper West Side; and a private residence in East Hampton.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Azevedo worked with Cooper, Robertson & Partners in New York City.
Mr. Azevedo received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Miami and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
