Lisa’s appointment as RAMSA’s new Chief Executive Officer reflects her extensive track record of success as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. For more than a decade, Lisa has worked closely with RAMSA’s Partners and Associate Partners to develop and execute strategic business plans.
As CEO, Lisa will continue to shape the firm’s strategic vision, working closely with the firm’s design leadership while leading the day-to-day business functions. While RAMSA is and remains a design-led firm, Lisa is an integral conduit between the firm’s design leadership and its supporting departments.
Lisa first joined RAMSA in 2011 as Director of Human Resources, where she quickly proved her abilities as a leader and strategic thinker. Given her business acumen and aptitude for collaboration and facilitation, Lisa has been integral to RAMSA’s ongoing success and growth into new sectors and markets.
In her new post, Lisa will be an essential part of RAMSA’s future, ensuring that the firm is well positioned to adapt and respond to clients' needs while continuing to foster an internal culture that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and design excellence.
