Description
This 20-story residential building carries forward the character of traditional Upper East Side apartment houses that we re-established at the Chatham (2001). Cast stone window bays, quoins, piers, and finials endow the red brick mass with a sense of verticality. The principal entrance is townhouse-scaled, leading past two garden courts to the elevators deep within the block.
