Eleven

Eleven brings a new level of urban living to Minneapolis and establishes a strong visual identity on the east end of the city’s Mississippi riverfront. Drawing on lessons from our portfolio of residential towers in other cities, Eleven is carefully woven into the existing urban fabric of the Mill District. A six-story base establishes a human scale at the ground level and includes a rooftop pool deck with dramatic views of the Stone Arch Bridge, Gold Medal Park, and the skyline. Above, the tower rises through setback terraces to a memorable crown, with facades featuring restrained details and a mix of punched and bay windows reflecting the diversity of the interior apartment plans.
