Tucked against a landrise overlooking the Atlantic, this residence is organized with its primary rooms—the living room, kitchen, master suite, and a guest suite—on the second floor, where column-free corners allow for unobstructed panoramas. The living room features a 40-foot-long wall of glass doors that offers views to the Atlantic Ocean and pockets into the walls; an eyebrow dormer brings in light from above. A wall of bleached walnut pocket doors conceals the kitchen. A light well brings sunlight to the ground floor, which accommodates an additional guest suite, a screening room, a gym, and a catering kitchen. The Tidewater cypress-clad house connects to a garage and a guest house via a glass-enclosed walkway adjacent to the swimming pool.
