The St. Regis Residences, Miami, a residential tower at the edge of Biscayne Bay with a sweeping bell-shaped footprint, will be instantly recognizable with a rounded form and glass design that draws on the city's Art Deco and Miami Modern heritage. Adapted for 21st-century living, the building will offer iconic views to the water, south across Biscayne Bay, and north to the lights of Downtown Miami.
