Donny Silberman, Associate Partner, has been with RAMSA since 2013. He is currently at work on exteriors and interiors for high-rise residential and hospitality developments in Miami Beach and the Brickell neighborhood of Miami.
Mr. Silberman has previously contributed to the design and management of a confidential hospitality project in China; 1331 Maryland, a multifamily residential building in Washington, DC that received approval from the U.S. Commission of Fine Arts; a 23-story residential development, The Cortland, in New York City; 1601 Vine Street, a 32-story mixed-use residential building in Philadelphia; Arris, a mid-rise residential building at The Yards, a new riverfront neighborhood on the former grounds of the Washington Navy Yard Annex; a new high-rise condominium building in Los Angeles; the first residential towers to be built to Passive House Standards in North America, Alberni Towers, in Vancouver, Canada; 1 Mayfair, a seven-story apartment block in London’s prestigious Mayfair District; the Morgan, a 30-story apartment tower in Hong Kong; Harbor City and surrounding developments at Nansha Bay, a new, mixed-use waterfront district near Guangzhou, China; and a large-scale residential development in Shanghai.
Mr. Silberman’s work has been published in Interior Design, Robb Report, Washington Business Journal, The Commercial Observer, The Financial Times, The Real Deal and The Philadelphia Inquirer.
Mr. Silberman received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University. He is a registered architect in the State of New York and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
