South Flagler House has topped out, marking a major construction milestone for the mixed-use development underway in West Palm Beach.

RAMSA Partner Paul Whalen delivered remarks at a ceremony attended by project leaders, brokers, and local officials.

South Flagler House will provide 109 residential units, resort-quality amenities, co-working spaces, and retail on a 3.5-acre parcel at the southern edge of West Palm Beach’s arts district.
